Our Xmas stay was great! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and with easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly staff who even helped us plan our day. Plus, the clean and cozy room made us feel right at home.

The weak WiFi signal and noisy surroundings did pose some challenges during our stay. the uncomfortable beds made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was satisfying with a decent variety of options to choose from. the staff was welcoming and responsive to all our needs.

Our room lacked proper window shades or curtains, which made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise. the extra bed provided for our family was not suitable for two older children and one of them had to sleep on the sofa.
